                          THE THEORY OF RELATIVITY                                                                                                                                 The theory of relativity was as you all know was given by Albert Einstein. But as most of you don’t know the theory of relativity was not given all at once. The theory of relativity consists of two parts- “General theory of relativity” and “Special theory of relativity”. Special theory of relativity can be applied to elementary particles and it describes the physical interaction, but it can’t explain gravity. On the other hand, the general theory of relativity can explain law of gravitation and its relation to other forces of nature. The theory of relativity introduced the concept of time dilation, kinematic, length contraction and relation between them. Einstein theory of both special and general relativity have been found true by many experiments
